We come from different countries. Different languages, habits, references, and ideas of how things are supposed to look.

Choosing Bajardo wasn’t about being interesting, exotic, or “destination-wedding people.” It was about finding a place that feels shared. A place that doesn’t belong more to one of us than the other.

Marriage means learning to meet in the middle, again and again. This felt like a good place to begin. A real, practical compromise, chosen with care.
